About Me
A Leadership Partner for Complex Decisions, Change, and Growth
My professional journey has been shaped by responsibility, strategic thinking, and decisions with real business consequences. Today, I help CEOs, founders, business owners, and senior leaders navigate complexity, embrace change, and make confident decisions with clarity.
My Story
Before becoming an Executive Coach, I spent more than fifteen years in management and risk management, working in environments where decisions were never theoretical.
They influenced business growth, financial performance, people, opportunities, and long-term outcomes.
My career began in banking, specialising in business credit risk assessment. It taught me to look beyond the obvious, analyse complex situations, and balance immediate risks with long-term consequences.
Later, in leadership roles, I experienced firsthand what every leader eventually faces: making important decisions under pressure, with incomplete information and significant responsibility.
That experience shaped one of my core beliefs:
The quality of leadership depends on the quality of thinking behind it.
When the full-scale war in Ukraine began, I, like millions of Ukrainians, had to rebuild my life in Iceland. Experiencing uncertainty, change, and adaptation personally deepened my understanding of what it means to lead when there is no perfect plan.
Today, I combine business experience, lived experience of change, and internationally accredited coaching to help leaders, business owners, and leadership teams think clearly, navigate complexity, and move forward with confidence.
How I Work
I don’t believe leaders need more ready-made advice.
Most already have experience, intelligence, and access to information.
What they often lack is the space to pause, think clearly, and see the wider picture before making an important decision.
My role is to create that space.
Together, we explore the situation, clarify what truly matters, uncover assumptions and blind spots, and bring structure to complexity.
Often, this is where clarity begins to emerge: the decision you’ve been arguing both sides of with equal conviction because part of you already knows something the rest of you hasn’t yet put into words.
I don’t tell you what to do.
I help you think in a way that enables you to make your strongest decision.
What I Believe
I believe that strong leadership begins with clear thinking.
In a world where complexity and constant change have become the norm, leaders rarely need simple answers.
They need a confidential space to slow down, reflect, challenge assumptions, and make decisions that fit the reality they are facing.
I believe leadership is not only about performance.
It is also about responsibility, presence, courage, and the ability to remain grounded when the future is uncertain.
That is the space I create for my clients.

Why Leaders Choose to Work With Me
Leaders don’t come to coaching because they lack competence.
They come because the decisions they face are complex, the responsibility is significant, and the usual ways of thinking are no longer enough.
Business and Coaching Combined
I combine practical business experience with internationally accredited coaching to support better thinking and better decisions.
Strategic Perspective
I help leaders recognise patterns, connections, risks, and opportunities that are often hidden by day-to-day complexity.
Analytical Thinking
My background in risk management allows me to approach complexity with structure, clarity, and sound judgement.
Empathy and Presence
I listen carefully, notice what remains unsaid, and create a space for honest reflection.
Confidentiality
I provide a trusted, professional environment where leaders can openly explore sensitive questions and difficult decisions.
International Perspective
Having lived and worked through significant personal and professional transitions, I understand the realities of leading across cultures, countries, and changing environments.
Beyond the Professional Role
I know from experience that change is not always a choice.
Sometimes it arrives unexpectedly and asks us to make important decisions before we feel fully prepared.
In those moments, clarity, resilience, and the ability to see beyond immediate pressure become essential.
This understanding shapes the way I work with leaders.
Alongside professional coaching and business experience, I bring deep respect for the human side of leadership—the responsibility, uncertainty, courage, and quiet pressure that often remain unseen.
Because behind every important decision is a person who deserves the space to think clearly before deciding what comes next.
